KAITLYN & LIHI
Welcome! We’re so glad you’re here. This is us:
We met in community and connected in a doula mentorship program. It was during this opportunity that we found ourselves in alignment on our philosophy of birth and postpartum support. Along side each other, we grew our skill set, wisdom, and friendship.
Our shared inspiration and passion has been brought together to offer the best of both of ourselves to the families we support. Community brought us together and coffee has kept us close!
Growth and expansion of our skillset and expertise is a mission for us. We are always looking for our next spark of inspiration to grow and improve so we can bring that information and resources to our clients.
It is our goal to bring our combined knowledge, experience, and wisdom to the families we support. We would love to chat with you about what you envision for support as you embark on this journey.
We are here to walk the path alongside you, hold space for you, and be the village you deserve.

KAITLYN
I have always been marvelled by the beauty of transformation within a birth journey. The transformation of life, siblings, family and parents.
Nothing brings me more joy than when a family welcomes me into this transformation. Walking alongside them, helping navigate the eb and flow of pregnancy, birth and postpartum, validating and normalizing their journey.
I come to you as a professional with unbiased guidance and evidence-based information. Though equally important, I come to you as a fellow woman, mother, and parent Someone who first hand, knows the significance of feeling seen, heard and trusted throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
I was born and raised in a small village in Northern Saskatchewan. Eventually, my love for the mountains and desire for new adventure led me to Calgary. I now live happily with my Husband, Brady and three young children. When I am not supporting families, you can find me making soup in the kitchen or arranging bouquets from my garden.

LIHI
My name is Lihi, proud to call Calgary home since 2005. I am a wife, a mother, a friend and a huge animal lover and have 2 fur babies of my own.
My inspiration and desire to become a doula started with the birth of my daughter, Belle. My journey to becoming a mother and the period thereafter (“Fourth Trimester”) were both the most rewarding yet challenging times of my life.
Having a doula to support me through pregnancy, birth, as well as my postpartum phase; highlighted the value and the difference that doula support can make in the unique journey to parenthood; both for first time parents and those who are welcoming a sibling or multiples and growing their family.
Being able to support and nurture others has always been a great passion of mine throughout my life. From volunteering at The Cancer Society with both adults and kids to volunteering at animal shelters; there is nothing more fulfilling and rewarding to me than knowing that I am able to support clients whole heartedly with inspired passion.
I am truly privileged and honored for each and every opportunity to offer doula support to my clients.
